5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its code, design, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by the developer or its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non‑commercial use.
