In addition to Apple's standard EULA, the following terms apply:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Shared Album Widgets ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Shared Album Widgets is a mobile application that allows users to display photos from their shared albums as widgets on their device home screen.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account
• You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

4. Privacy and Data Collection

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data. We do not collect, store, or share your photos or personal information, except for anonymous usage data and advertising identifiers collected for analytics and advertising purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content remain the property of Native Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Native Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
