1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ganada ("the App"), operated by Native (Junhyung Yu) ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to the Ganada app only. Other apps published by Native (Junhyung Yu) have their own separate terms.

2. Eligibility

Ganada is available worldwide to users aged 13 and over (16 and over in the EEA and the UK). By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. The service

Ganada teaches Hangul and TOPIK vocabulary through lessons, review sessions, and audio pronunciation. The App does not require an account: your progress is stored on your own device, not on our servers.

Because there is no account, we cannot recover your progress if you delete the App, lose your device, or switch platforms.

4. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its learning content, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Vocabulary lists are compiled from publicly available reference sources. Attribution for those sources is shown in the App under Settings → Data sources and licences.

5. Ganada Plus subscriptions

Ganada Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional study content and removes advertising. Current prices, billing periods, and the exact contents of the plan are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings, not in the App.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through their stores.
