This Privacy Policy explains how Native (Junhyung Yu) ("we", "us"), the developer of the Ganada mobile application ("Ganada", "the app"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app. It applies to the Ganada app distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and to no other app or service.
Ganada does not require you to create an account. You can use the app without giving us your name, email address, or phone number.
We collect the following categories of data. This list matches the Data safety disclosure shown on our Google Play store listing.
When you buy a Ganada Plus subscription, our payments partner records which product you bought, when, whether the subscription is active, and the store transaction identifier. We use this solely to unlock paid content and to restore your purchase on a new device.
We never receive or store your card number, bank details, or billing address. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own privacy policies.
We record in-app events such as which lessons and TOPIK vocabulary sets you open, which study screens you complete, and which buttons you press. We use this to understand which parts of the app are useful and to decide what to build next.
When the app crashes or misbehaves we collect the error, the stack trace, the device model, the OS version, and the app version, so we can fix the fault.
We collect a device advertising identifier and a randomly generated app-install identifier. These are used to show advertising, to limit how often the same advert is repeated, to measure advertising performance, and to tie the events above to one installation.
Your study progress, streak, review schedule, settings, downloaded audio, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device using the operating system's own storage. We do not upload them to our servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, calendar, photos, videos, files, messages, health data, precise or approximate location, or web browsing history. Ganada does not use the device microphone or camera.
